     1)  The first is the Listing Report that you can sign up for to receive updates of all the new listings in the SPECIFIC AREAS on the Emerald Coast of interest to you.  For example, you may only want to know what's available (and newly arriving) in the neighborhood of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin or perhaps Sand Cliffs on Scenic Highway 30-A. This tool is great for keeping abreast of the homes you want and not get bogged down sifting through the ones you don't.  Plus, you'll be first to know when a choice property comes on the market!   Make sure to sign up for this useful tool.  While you're at it, you are welcome to call me and tell me your 'Wish List' and I'll keep keep a close lookout for you.
